Shannyn's story
Shannyn Pinkert earned a bachelor's degree in Mass Communications and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 2003. She spent the early part of her career in retail bank management, where she learned how families make major financial decisions and how much clear communication matters in the process.
She earned her Wisconsin real estate license in 2009 and her broker's license in 2013. In April 2017 she founded Property Shoppe Realty, the independent brokerage she still owns and runs, now headquartered in Eau Claire and serving the whole Chippewa Valley. Owning an independent office means Shannyn sets her own standards for service rather than following a franchise script.
Over 17 years she has represented first-time buyers, growing families, downsizers, relocating professionals and investors throughout the Chippewa Valley, from Eau Claire, Altoona and Chippewa Falls to Lake Hallie, Menomonie and the surrounding townships.
